A rich and flavorful tomato sauce slow-cooked to perfection with aromatic herbs and ground beef. Perfect for a hearty dinner served over pasta or as a base for your favorite Italian dishes.
Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 50 g + 30 g Snapin Oregano Seasoning + Chilli Flakes Combo
- 50 g Zoff Premium Indian Bay Leaf
- 1 kg Tata Plus Iron Health, Double Fortified Salt
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Paste
Instructions
- 1. In a crock-pot, add 1 1/2 cups of Sambar Onion Peeled, breaking it into smaller pieces.
- 2. Add 1 1/2 cups of finely chopped Sambar Onion Peeled, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 teaspoon of Snapin Oregano Seasoning + Chilli Flakes Combo, 1 bay leaf, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of double fortified salt.
- 3. Stir in 2 tablespoons of Kissan Tomato Paste and 1 large can of Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes until well combined.
- 4. Cover the crock-pot and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours, or on high for 4 to 5 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- 5. Remove the bay leaf before serving. Serve the sauce hot over your favorite pasta or use it as a base for other dishes.
