Ingredients
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 100 g Diet Tofu Masala Tofu
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- 1 kg Beetroot
- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- 180 g Red Chilli Sauce
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse and cook the rice until fluffy, then set aside to cool slightly.
- 2. Dice the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- 4. Add diced garlic and ginger, sautéing until aromatic and lightly golden.
- 5. Toss in the tofu cubes and stir-fry until they develop a crispy golden crust.
- 6. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- 7. Incorporate the cooked rice into the pan, stirring to combine evenly.
- 8. Drizzle soy sauce and red chilli sauce over the mixture, stirring to coat the rice and vegetables.
- 9. Season with salt and black pepper, adjusting to taste as needed.
- 10. Sprinkle finely chopped green onions on top and mix gently.
- 11. Allow the fried rice to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 12. Remove from heat and let rest for a minute before serving warm.
