- 400 g Curd
- 1 pack (200 g) Zoff Ginger-Garlic Paste
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- - Coriander Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds-250 Gms
- 100g Greek Yogurt
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the mushrooms, ensuring they are clean and moisture-free.
- 2. In a bowl, mix hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, lemon juice, oil, and salt into a marinade.
- 3. Coat the mushrooms evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 4. Preheat a grilling pan or oven to medium-high heat while preparing the skewers.
- 5. Thread the marinated mushrooms onto skewers, ensuring they are spaced evenly for uniform cooking.
- 6. Grill the mushroom skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are charred and cooked through.
- 7. For the mint chutney, blend fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds, yogurt, and salt into a smooth paste.
