- 80 g Soya Chunks
- 1 Kg Star Jsr L Kolam Rice1kg
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- loose Ginger
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 25G Kp Mut Suk Mas
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Soak soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
- 2. In a bowl, mix soy chunks with 100 ml of soy beverage, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt; let marinate for 15 minutes.
- 3. Rinse Kolam rice thoroughly and cook in 400 ml of water until soft and fluffy; keep aside.
- 4. Heat cooking oil in a pan and add cumin seeds; let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 5. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies to the pan; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 6. Add the marinated soy chunks to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
- 7. Toss in the frozen mixed vegetables and freshly grated turmeric; cook for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- 8. Adjust seasoning with salt and a pinch of garam masala; mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 9. Plate the cooked Kolam rice and top it generously with the stir-fried soy chunks and vegetables.
- 10. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve warm.
