Ingredients
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 100G Oleo
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes to soften them.
- 2. Drain and squeeze excess water from the soy chunks, then set them aside.
- 3. Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and finely mince garlic and ginger.
- 4. Heat oil in a large pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, letting them splutter.
- 5. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 6. Toss in the onions and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Add the carrots, cauliflower, green beans, and bell peppers, stirring to combine.
- 8. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, mixing well to coat the vegetables.
- 9. Add the soy chunks to the pan and stir to incorporate with the spices and vegetables.
- 10. Pour in water, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- 11. Uncover and cook on high heat for another 2 minutes to evaporate any excess liquid.
- 12. Season with salt, adjust spices, and give it a final stir before turning off the heat.
- 13. Serve hot and enjoy the sizzling flavors with your favorite accompaniment.
