Ingredients

  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the soy chunks in warm water for 15 minutes until they soften.
  2. 2. Drain and squeeze the soy chunks to remove excess water.
  3. 3. Chop the carrots, bell peppers, green beans, onion, garlic, and ginger into small pieces.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  5. 5. Add garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté until aromatic, about 1 minute.
  6. 6. Toss in the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, stirring occasionally.
  7. 7. Add carrots, bell peppers, and green beans to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Mix in turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt, stirring well to coat the vegetables.
  9. 9. Add the soaked soy chunks and soy sauce to the pan, stirring to combine evenly.
  10. 10. Cook for another 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
