Ingredients
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in warm water for 15 minutes until they soften.
- 2. Drain and squeeze the soy chunks to remove excess water.
- 3. Chop the carrots, bell peppers, green beans, onion, garlic, and ginger into small pieces.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- 5. Add garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté until aromatic, about 1 minute.
- 6. Toss in the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Add carrots, bell peppers, and green beans to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- 8. Mix in turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt, stirring well to coat the vegetables.
- 9. Add the soaked soy chunks and soy sauce to the pan, stirring to combine evenly.
- 10. Cook for another 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
- 11. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
