- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 100G Oleo
- 1pc Watermelon
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for a few seconds.
- 3. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, stirring occasionally for even cooking.
- 4. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
- 5. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder; cook until tomatoes soften.
- 6. Toss in the soaked soy chunks and mix well to coat them with the spice mixture.
- 7. Add spinach leaves and stir until they wilt and release their moisture.
- 8. Pour in water, cover the pan, and let it simmer on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- 9. Sprinkle garam masala and adjust salt to taste, mixing everything thoroughly.
- 10. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
