- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes and then squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, stirring frequently.
- 4. Mix in chopped tomatoes and cook until softened, forming a thick base.
- 5. Stir in turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala.
- 6. Add the soaked soy chunks and toss to coat them evenly with the spices.
- 7. Add chopped carrots and capsicum, stirring well to combine with the soy chunks.
- 8. Pour in water, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- 9. Sprinkle salt and stir to evenly distribute the seasoning.
- 10. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and remove from heat.
