Ingredients

  • 500 Gms Organic Sonamasuri White Rice
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. Rinse the white rice and cook it with 1.5 times water until fluffy, then set aside.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until aromatic.
  4. 4. Add finely chopped garlic and onions, cooking until golden brown and soft.
  5. 5. Mix in chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric, coriander powder, and red chili powder.
  6. 6. Stir in the drained soy chunks and cook for 10 minutes, letting the spices coat evenly.
  7. 7. Add salt and 1/2 cup of water, simmering until the soy chunks absorb the flavors.
  8. 8. In a separate pan, sauté minced garlic in a tablespoon of oil until fragrant.
  9. 9. Toss the cooked rice with the garlic and a pinch of salt to infuse flavor.
  10. 10. Garnish the soy chunk stir-fry with fresh coriander leaves and serve alongside garlic rice.
