Ingredients
- - Rice Flour
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Garlic Paste
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 250 g Carrot
- 500 g Onion
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
- 2. In a bowl, mix soy chunks with rice flour, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.
- 3. Shape the mixture into kebabs using your hands and set aside.
- 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan and cook the kebabs until golden brown on all sides.
- 5. Cut the carrot, onion, and green bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Heat the remaining oil in a wok and stir-fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
- 7. Season the vegetables with a pinch of salt and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- 8. Arrange the kebabs and stir-fried vegetables on a serving platter.
