Ingredients
- 500 g Onion
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Wash and slice the mushrooms, onions, and capsicum into thin strips.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them splutter for a few seconds.
- 4. Add ginger-garlic paste to the pan and sauté until fragrant, around 1 minute.
- 5. Toss in the onions and capsicum, cooking until slightly softened, about 3 minutes.
- 6. Stir in the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until they release moisture and shrink slightly.
- 7. Add the turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt, mixing well to coat the vegetables.
- 8. Pour in the tomato puree and simmer for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- 9. Add the soaked soy chunks to the pan and mix thoroughly with the spices and vegetables.
- 10. Sprinkle garam masala and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 11. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving warm.
