- 100 g Diet Tofu Masala Tofu
- 190 g Schezwan Sauce
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
- 100G Toblerone Crunchy Almonds (100g)
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves

- 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 20 g Turmeric Powder

- 50 g Masala Sambhar
- 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)

Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Toss the tofu cubes in rice flour, black pepper powder, and a pinch of rock salt to coat evenly.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- 4. Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and fry until golden brown on all sides, then remove and set aside.
- 5. In the same skillet, add Ching's Chilli Oil Crunchy and sauté minced garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
- 6. Add the frozen mixed vegetables, turmeric, and thyme, stirring occasionally for 3-4 minutes.
