Ingredients
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 500 g Onion
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Slice the mushrooms, bell peppers, and onion into medium-sized pieces.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds; let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 4. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté until aromatic, about 1 minute.
- 5. Toss in the onions and sauté until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Add the bell peppers and mushrooms, cooking until slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
- 7. Stir in the tomato puree, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, and salt, mixing well.
- 8. Add the soaked soy chunks and cook for another 7 minutes, stirring to coat them evenly in the masala.
- 9. Adjust seasoning and cook until the flavors meld and the vegetables are tender.
- 10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
