- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- 100 g Dabur Honey
- 100 g The Select Aisle Corn Flour (Starch)
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 30 g Snapin Chilli Flakes
- 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
- 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
- 300 g Urban Platter Thai Jasmine Thai Rice
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the jasmine rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 2. Cook the jasmine rice in a pot with 300 ml of water and a pinch of salt. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water to create a smooth sauce.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat until shimmering.
- 5. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan, stirring constantly for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 6. Toss in the prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they turn pink and opaque.
- 7. Pour the prepared sauce over the prawns and stir well to coat evenly.
- 8. Sprinkle in the red chili flakes and continue to cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
