  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • 100 g Dabur Honey
  • 100 g The Select Aisle Corn Flour (Starch)
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 30 g Snapin Chilli Flakes
  • 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
  • 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
  • 300 g Urban Platter Thai Jasmine Thai Rice

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the jasmine rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. Cook the jasmine rice in a pot with 300 ml of water and a pinch of salt. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water to create a smooth sauce.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat until shimmering.
  5. 5. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan, stirring constantly for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. 6. Toss in the prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they turn pink and opaque.
  7. 7. Pour the prepared sauce over the prawns and stir well to coat evenly.
