Ingredients
- - Fenugreek Leaves
- 500 g Onion
- 250 ml Fresh Cream
- 200 g Green Peas
- 100 g Methi

- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Pasteurised Butter
- 10 pcs Prawns
- 100 g Garlic
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 50 g Parsley Leaves
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- - Vegetable Stock Cubes
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
- - Red Chilli
Instructions
- 1. Wash and devein the prawns, pat them dry with kitchen towels.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic and parsley, and set them aside for later use.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- 4. Add prawns to the pan and sauté for 4-5 minutes or until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- 5. Stir in butter, lemon juice, and chili flakes, cooking for 2 more minutes.
- 6. In a separate pot, rinse the basmati rice under cold water until water runs clear.
- 7. Bring vegetable stock to a boil and add the rinsed rice, cooking until tender and fluffy.
- 8. Mix chopped parsley and a pinch of salt into the cooked rice for added flavor.
- 9. Serve the garlic butter prawns over the lemon herb rice on a plate.
- 10. Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley and a dash of black pepper before serving.
