  • 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
  • - Urban Platter Sichuan Peppercorns
  • 250g Garlic
  • 250g Ginger
  • 500g Spring Onion
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • - Red Chilli
  • 250g Coriander

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Cook brown rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Step 2: Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add chili oil and sauté garlic, ginger, Sichuan peppercorns, and red chili flakes until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Add fish fillets to the skillet and gently sear for 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Step 4: Pour in chicken stock, soy sauce, and rice vinegar into the skillet. Bring to a simmer and allow the fish to cook for 8-10 minutes until tender.
  5. Step 5: Stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed.
