- 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
- - Urban Platter Sichuan Peppercorns
- 250g Garlic
- 250g Ginger
- 500g Spring Onion
- - Rice Vinegar
- - Red Chilli
- 250g Coriander
Instructions
- Step 1: Cook brown rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Step 2: Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add chili oil and sauté garlic, ginger, Sichuan peppercorns, and red chili flakes until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add fish fillets to the skillet and gently sear for 2 minutes on each side.
- Step 4: Pour in chicken stock, soy sauce, and rice vinegar into the skillet. Bring to a simmer and allow the fish to cook for 8-10 minutes until tender.
- Step 5: Stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Step 6: Plate the brown rice noodles and ladle the braised fish and sauce over them.
- Step 7: Garnish with spring onions and fresh coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
