- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
- - Noodles Holiday-420 Gm

- 1. Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, cornstarch, and water to make a glaze.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan and sear the fish fillets for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- 4. Pour the prepared glaze over the fish, lower heat, and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 5. Boil water in a pot and cook rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- 6. Heat sesame oil in a large pan and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
