Ingredients

  • 300 G Yokoso Soba Noodles
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic
  • - Red Chilli

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil soba noodles in a pot of water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Slice the mushrooms, julienne the carrots, and trim the snap peas.
  3. 3. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat, then sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they release their juices and start to brown.
  5. 5. Toss in the carrots and snap peas, cooking for another 3 minutes until slightly tender.
  6. 6. Pour soy sauce into the pan and stir well to coat the vegetables evenly.
  7. 7. Add the cooked soba noodles to the pan and mix thoroughly with the vegetables.
  8. 8. Sprinkle red chili flakes and toasted sesame seeds over the noodles, stirring gently.
  9. 9. Chop green onions finely and garnish the dish before serving.
