Ingredients
- 300 G Yokoso Soba Noodles
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic
- - Red Chilli
Instructions
- 1. Boil soba noodles in a pot of water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- 2. Slice the mushrooms, julienne the carrots, and trim the snap peas.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat, then sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- 4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they release their juices and start to brown.
- 5. Toss in the carrots and snap peas, cooking for another 3 minutes until slightly tender.
- 6. Pour soy sauce into the pan and stir well to coat the vegetables evenly.
- 7. Add the cooked soba noodles to the pan and mix thoroughly with the vegetables.
- 8. Sprinkle red chili flakes and toasted sesame seeds over the noodles, stirring gently.
- 9. Chop green onions finely and garnish the dish before serving.
