Instructions
- 1. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the hand-rolled noodles according to package instructions until tender.
- 2. Peel and julienne the carrots, chow chow vegetable, and daikon radish into thin strips for even cooking.
- 3. Finely mince the garlic and ginger, then slice the spring onions thinly, separating the white and green parts.
- 4. Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 5. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and white parts of the spring onions to the pan, stirring for 1-2 minutes until softened.
