  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • 100 g Diet Tofu Masala Tofu
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 50 g Sesame Seeds White

  1. 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and cook it in 300 ml water until tender, then set aside.
  2. 2. Pat the tofu dry, cut into cubes, and toss with cornstarch to coat evenly.
  3. 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. Mince the garlic and ginger finely, then sauté them in the same pan until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are cooked but still crisp.
  6. 6. In a small bowl, mix dark soy sauce, water, black pepper, and chilli pepper seasoning to create a sauce.
