- 100 g Diet Tofu Masala Tofu
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 50 g Sesame Seeds White

- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and cook it in 300 ml water until tender, then set aside.
- 2. Pat the tofu dry, cut into cubes, and toss with cornstarch to coat evenly.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- 4. Mince the garlic and ginger finely, then sauté them in the same pan until fragrant.
- 5. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are cooked but still crisp.
- 6. In a small bowl, mix dark soy sauce, water, black pepper, and chilli pepper seasoning to create a sauce.
- 7. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and bring to a gentle simmer, allowing the flavors to combine.
- 8. Return the tofu to the pan, tossing to coat it in the sauce fully.
- 9. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the tofu and vegetables for added crunch and flavor.
