- 50 g White Sesame Seeds

- - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 50 g Honey
- - Rice Vinegar
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 250 g Jasmine Rice
- 30G Chili Flakes
Instructions
- 1. Slice the lamb strips thinly and coat them evenly with cornstarch for a crisp texture when stir-fried.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat and toast sesame seeds until golden, then set aside.
- 3. Add lamb strips to the wok and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- 4. Mince garlic and ginger finely, then add them to the wok, stirring for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 5. Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and chili flakes in a small bowl to create the stir-fry sauce.
- 6. Add sliced carrots, broccoli florets, and spring onions to the wok, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 7. Pour the prepared sauce into the wok, tossing everything together to coat evenly and bring out the flavors.
- 8. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the stir-fry and mix gently before turning off the heat.
- 9. Serve the stir-fry hot over a bed of steamed jasmine rice, garnished with additional spring onions if desired.
