  • 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)

  • 500 G Kinwaaquinoa
  • 125 g Golden Prize Sardine In Oil With Chili

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 lb fresh shrimp (peeled and deveined), 1 can of sardines (drained), 3 cups cooked quinoa, 4 oz sliced mushrooms, 1 diced green capsicum, and 1 diced green pepper.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 can of mushroom soup, 1 cup mayonnaise, 11 oz milk, and 1 tbsp lemon juice until smooth.
  4. 4. Pour the creamy mixture over the shrimp, sardines, and vegetable mixture, and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. 6. Top the casserole with crushed potato chips for a crunchy finish.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbling.
