Ingredients
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
- 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1/4 cup Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1 cup sliced Orange Carrot and 1 chopped Sambar Onion to the skillet. Sauté for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
- 3. Remove the carrots and onions from the skillet and set aside.
- 4. Add 1 cup of Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the flour is lightly browned.
- 5. Sprinkle 1/2 cup Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida over the mixture and stir to coat evenly.
- 6. Gradually add 1 1/2 cups water to the skillet, stirring constantly to create a smooth sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 7. Return the carrots and onions to the skillet and mix well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- 8. Serve hot as a complete dish.
