Ingredients
- 400 g Pastazara Peeled Tomatoes In Tomato Juice
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 200 g Sambar Onion Peeled (Sambar Kanda)
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 kg Satyam Sugar
- 400 g Wickedgud 2X Fiber Penne Pasta | No Maida | Durum Wheat Semolina | Brown Rice | Healthy Diet Pasta
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Finely chop the garlic clove, roughly chop the peeled sambar onion, and roughly chop the sweet bell pepper. Add 2 tsp of the chopped garlic, 1/2 cup of the chopped onion, and 1/2 cup of the chopped bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened and fragrant.
- 2. Add 2 cups of diced tomatoes to the skillet and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Stir in 1 lb of dry penne pasta into the boiling tomato mixture. Add enough water to cover the pasta, and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
- 4. Add 1 tsp of salt and 2 tbsp of sugar to the skillet. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Remove from heat and serve hot with a side of green peas, tossed salad, and garlic toast for a complete meal.
