- - Fresh Tofu
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 270 g Protein Chef Multigrain Double Protein Bread (64G Protein Per Loaf)
- - FUNFOOD PEANUT BUTTER CREAMY 100GM
- 240G Dhananjay Roasted Chat Masala Chanaz (240g)
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chili, and fresh coriander leaves. Grate the ginger and garlic to prepare a paste.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add the chopped onion, green chili, and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté until the onions are golden brown.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are aromatic.
- 5. Crumble the tofu with your hands and add it to the pan. Mix well to combine with the spices.
- 6. Cook the tofu on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it absorbs the flavors.
- 7. Sprinkle black pepper powder and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- 8. Heat another pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and butter. Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy on both sides.
- 9. Sprinkle a pinch of chat masala over the toasted bread for a tangy flavor.
