  • 100 g Quinoa
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • - Fresh Tofu
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 100 g Cornflour

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water and cook it in a pot with 240 ml water until fluffy, about 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and toss it with cornstarch to coat evenly for a crispy texture.
  3. 3. Heat sesame oil in a large pan and sauté the tofu until golden brown on all sides, then set it aside.
  4. 4. In the same pan, add minced garlic and ginger, cooking until aromatic, about 1 minute.
  5. 5. Add chopped broccoli, sliced carrots, and diced bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
