Ingredients
- 100 g Quinoa
- 1 kg Bell Peppers

- 100 g Garlic
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 1 bunch Spring Onion

- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 100 g Cornflour
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water and cook it in a pot with 240 ml water until fluffy, about 15 minutes.
- 2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and toss it with cornstarch to coat evenly for a crispy texture.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a large pan and sauté the tofu until golden brown on all sides, then set it aside.
- 4. In the same pan, add minced garlic and ginger, cooking until aromatic, about 1 minute.
- 5. Add chopped broccoli, sliced carrots, and diced bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 6. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, water, and a pinch of cornstarch to create a smooth sauce.
- 7. Pour the sauce into the pan with the vegetables and let it simmer until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
