- 1 Pack Button Mushroom (Anabe)
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the broiler to high and position the oven rack about 6 inches below the broiler.
- 2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set them aside for another use.
- 3. Melt 2 tablespoons of Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes and brush it generously over the mushroom caps, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
- 4. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 clove of minced garlic, 1/3 cup of The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs, and 1 teaspoon of Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce. Stir until the mixture is well blended.
- 5. Arrange the mushroom caps cavity side up on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- 6. Evenly distribute the filling into each mushroom cap, pressing it lightly to ensure it stays in place.
- 7. Broil the mushrooms for about 3 minutes or until the filling is bubbly and lightly browned.
- 8. Remove the mushrooms from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
