  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the soy chunks in warm water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. Chop the spinach leaves finely and set them aside in a bowl.
  3. 3. Blend the soy chunks and green chilies into a coarse mixture using a food processor.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, besan, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
  5. 5. Add the spinach, blended soy chunks, and water to the flour mixture; mix to form a thick batter.
  6. 6. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with vegetable oil.
  7. 7. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan, spreading it evenly into a circular shape.
  8. 8. Cook the pancake on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift.
  9. 9. Flip the pancake and cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes.
