- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in warm water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Chop the spinach leaves finely and set them aside in a bowl.
- 3. Blend the soy chunks and green chilies into a coarse mixture using a food processor.
- 4. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, besan, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- 5. Add the spinach, blended soy chunks, and water to the flour mixture; mix to form a thick batter.
- 6. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with vegetable oil.
- 7. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan, spreading it evenly into a circular shape.
- 8. Cook the pancake on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift.
- 9. Flip the pancake and cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- 10. Repeat the process for the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed.
- 11. Serve the pancakes hot with a side of mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
