  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Quinoa Seeds
  • 200 g Diet Tofu Soya Tofu
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 750 g Priya Sunflower Oil
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 25G Kp Mut Suk Mas
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water and cook it in boiling water until tender, approximately 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the cooked quinoa and set it aside to cool slightly before stir-frying.
  3. 3. Cut the firm tofu into small cubes and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  4. 4. Heat sunflower oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and sauté the tofu cubes until golden brown on all sides.
