- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Quinoa Seeds
- 200 g Diet Tofu Soya Tofu
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- - Ginger Powder
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 750 g Priya Sunflower Oil
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 25G Kp Mut Suk Mas
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water and cook it in boiling water until tender, approximately 15 minutes.
- 2. Drain the cooked quinoa and set it aside to cool slightly before stir-frying.
- 3. Cut the firm tofu into small cubes and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- 4. Heat sunflower oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and sauté the tofu cubes until golden brown on all sides.
- 5. Add minced garlic and ginger powder to the pan, stirring until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 6. Toss in the frozen mixed vegetables and stir-fry until they are cooked and slightly crisp, about 5 minutes.
- 7. Sprinkle Buknu spice blend and salt over the vegetables and tofu, stirring to evenly coat with spices.
