Ingredients
- 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
- Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- NaN Zoff Ajwain
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Coriander Powder
- 250g Green Chilli
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
Instructions
- 1. Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt to form a marinade.
- 3. Add the fish pieces to the marinade, coat well, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 4. In another bowl, mix gram flour, cornstarch, carom seeds, garam masala, and coriander powder.
- 5. Add water gradually to the dry mix to form a smooth batter with a medium-thick consistency.
- 6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches a frying temperature.
- 7. Dip each marinated fish piece into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
- 8. Gently place the coated fish pieces into the hot oil and fry in batches for 3-4 minutes per side.
- 9. Remove the fried fish and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 10. For the chutney, blend mint, coriander, green chili, yogurt, and a pinch of salt into a smooth paste.
- 11. Serve the crispy fish bites hot with the mint-coriander chutney on the side.
