Ingredients

  • 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
  • Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • NaN Zoff Ajwain
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt to form a marinade.
  3. 3. Add the fish pieces to the marinade, coat well, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. In another bowl, mix gram flour, cornstarch, carom seeds, garam masala, and coriander powder.
  5. 5. Add water gradually to the dry mix to form a smooth batter with a medium-thick consistency.
  6. 6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches a frying temperature.
  7. 7. Dip each marinated fish piece into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
  8. 8. Gently place the coated fish pieces into the hot oil and fry in batches for 3-4 minutes per side.
  9. 9. Remove the fried fish and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
  10. 10. For the chutney, blend mint, coriander, green chili, yogurt, and a pinch of salt into a smooth paste.
