Ingredients
- 80 g Soya Chunks
- - Rice Flour
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes and then squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion, tomato, and green chili until softened.
- 3. Add soya chunks, turmeric, cumin, and coriander powder to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring well.
- 4. Wash and chop the spinach leaves, then add them to the pan and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes.
- 5. In a bowl, mix rice flour, salt, and water to create a smooth batter for the wrap base.
- 6. Heat a non-stick pan, lightly grease it, and spread a thin layer of the rice flour batter to form a wrap. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
- 7. Place the cooked soya chunk-spinach mixture onto each wrap and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- 8. Serve immediately, optionally with a side of mint chutney for added flavor.
