  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the soy chunks in warm water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for a few seconds.
  3. 3. Add finely chopped garlic, ginger, and green chili, sautéing until fragrant and golden.
  4. 4. Stir in diced onions and cook until they turn translucent and slightly browned.
  5. 5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened, forming a thick base.
  6. 6. Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala, cooking for 1 minute.
  7. 7. Add the soaked soy chunks and stir well to coat them evenly with the spices.
