  • - Rice Flour
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. Finely chop the spinach leaves and keep them aside for mixing into the batter.
  3. 3. Blend the soy chunks into a coarse paste using a food processor or blender.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine besan, rice flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
  5. 5. Gradually add water to the dry mix, stirring to create a smooth, lump-free batter.
  6. 6. Fold the chopped spinach and blended soy chunks into the batter, mixing evenly.
  7. 7. Heat a non-stick skillet and coat it lightly with oil over medium heat.
  8. 8. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet and spread it into a circular pancake shape.
  9. 9. Cook the pancake for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
