- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 500 g Onion
- 250 g Carrot
- 500 g Suji
- 500 g Curd
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 1 box Baking Soda
- 500 g Rice Flour
- 500 G Sugar
- 200 g Table Salt
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kangni/Foxtail Millet - 500 G
- 250 g Spinach
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 250g Green Chilli
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic
- 100 g Jeera
- - Red Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in warm water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Wash the millet thoroughly and set aside to drain.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 4. Add chopped onions, green chilies, and grated ginger, sauté until onions turn golden.
- 5. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
- 6. Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt, mix well to combine the spices.
- 7. Add soy chunks and fresh spinach, stirring to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- 8. Pour in water and bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- 9. Add the rinsed millet to the boiling mixture, stir, and reduce heat to low.
- 10. Cover and cook for 15 minutes until the millet is fluffy and the water is absorbed.
- 11. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
- 12. Serve hot in bowls and enjoy the wholesome flavors.
