  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Salt
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. Wash and chop the spinach leaves, and set them aside for later use.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Add finely chopped garlic, onions, and green chilies, and sauté until golden brown.
  5. 5. Stir in diced tomatoes and cook until they become soft and form a thick base.
