Ingredients

  • 80 g Soya Chunks
  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Quinoa Seeds
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse and cook quinoa in water until soft and fluffy, then set it aside to cool.
  2. 2. Soak soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, drain, and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, and green chilies to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt, cooking until fragrant.
  6. 6. Add the soaked soy chunks and cooked quinoa to the pan, mixing thoroughly to combine flavors.
  7. 7. Cook for 7-8 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  8. 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice.
