- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Quinoa Seeds
- - MASOOR DAL SPECIAL 500GM
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- - Beans/broad -250gm
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- - Onion-250 Gms
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa and lentils thoroughly under running water and set them aside.
- 2. Chop the carrot, green beans, tomatoes, onion, ginger, and garlic into small pieces.
- 3. Heat the oil in a deep pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 4. Add chopped onion, ginger, and garlic to the pan and sauté until golden brown.
- 5. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, cooking until they soften and release their juices.
- 6. Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, mixing well with the tomato base.
- 7. Add the chopped carrots and green beans, stirring to coat them with the spices.
