- 270 g Protein Chef 50G High Protein Bread
- 200 g Paneer
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- - Ginger Powder
- - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- 200 g Chukde Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds
- 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
- - Tomato Chutney Mix
- 100 g Agapi Strawberry Protein Yogurt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the garlic cloves and set them aside along with the other spices.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until golden and aromatic, about 1 minute.
- 4. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables, ginger powder, turmeric, and black pepper, cooking for 3–4 minutes.
- 5. Crumble the paneer into the pan and mix well, ensuring it is evenly coated with spices.
- 6. Add the preserved black beans and tomato chutney mix, stirring to combine thoroughly.
- 7. Cook the mixture for another 3–4 minutes until the flavors meld and the paneer is slightly browned.
- 8. Toast the slices of high-protein bread until crispy and golden on both sides.
- 9. Spread a thin layer of strawberry protein yogurt on each slice of toast for added creaminess.
- 10. Spoon the paneer and vegetable mixture generously onto the toast slices.
