- - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
- 350 g Laa Frozen Mutton Boneless
- 250 g Spinach
- 500 g Curd
- 250 g Mutton
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200 g Table Salt
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the mutton chunks thoroughly under cold water and set aside.
- 2. Heat oil in a rice cooker and sauté chopped onion until golden brown.
- 3. Add minced garlic, grated turmeric, and ginger powder, stirring for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- 4. Mix in the mutton chunks, cooking for 5 minutes until lightly browned on all sides.
- 5. Sprinkle in Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, white pepper, and salt, stirring to coat the mutton evenly.
- 6. Add washed rice to the rice cooker along with water, stirring gently to combine.
- 7. Layer frozen mixed vegetables and fresh spinach on top of the rice and mutton mixture.
- 8. Close the rice cooker lid and set to cook for 25 minutes or until mutton is tender and rice is fluffy.
- 9. Once done, fluff the rice gently and mix the layered vegetables with the mutton and rice.
