Ingredients

  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • 350 g Laa Frozen Mutton Boneless
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 500 g Curd
  • 250 g Mutton
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the mutton chunks thoroughly under cold water and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a rice cooker and sauté chopped onion until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic, grated turmeric, and ginger powder, stirring for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
  4. 4. Mix in the mutton chunks, cooking for 5 minutes until lightly browned on all sides.
  5. 5. Sprinkle in Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, white pepper, and salt, stirring to coat the mutton evenly.
  6. 6. Add washed rice to the rice cooker along with water, stirring gently to combine.
  7. 7. Layer frozen mixed vegetables and fresh spinach on top of the rice and mutton mixture.
