- 1 pack Mushrooms Button
- - White Poha (White Rice Flakes)
- 250 g Carrot
- 250 g Spinach
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 100 g Garlic
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Wash and thinly slice the mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, and green onions.
- 2. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms until golden and tender.
- 4. Add minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute to release its aroma.
- 5. In a separate pan, lightly sauté the carrots and zucchini until tender but crisp.
- 6. Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, and a splash of water in a small bowl.
- 7. Arrange the cooked rice in serving bowls as the base layer.
- 8. Top the rice with sautéed mushrooms, spinach, carrots, and zucchini in sections.
- 9. Drizzle the gochujang sauce evenly over the toppings.
- 10. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish.
- 11. Serve immediately, mixing everything together before eating.
