  • 1 pack Mushrooms Button
  • - White Poha (White Rice Flakes)
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 2 pcs Zucchini
  • 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 50 g White Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and thinly slice the mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, and green onions.
  2. 2. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  3. 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms until golden and tender.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute to release its aroma.
  5. 5. In a separate pan, lightly sauté the carrots and zucchini until tender but crisp.
  6. 6. Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, and a splash of water in a small bowl.
