- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 200 g Mushroom Button
- 100 g Celery
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 pc (50 g) Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper | Grinder Cap Bottle
Instructions
- 1. Cut 900 g chuck roast into 1/4-inch slices.
- 2. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add the chuck roast slices, 1 diced onion, and 3 minced garlic cloves. Cook until the meat is browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Add 1 cup sliced mushrooms, 1 cup diced celery, and 1 cup diced carrots to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- 4. Pour in 2 cups of water and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if needed to maintain a stew-like consistency.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of flour with 2 tablespoons of water to create a smooth slurry.
- 6. Gradually stir the flour slurry into the pan, ensuring it is evenly distributed. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the stew to thicken.
