- 500 g Onion
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 180 g Button Mushroom
- - Rice Flour
- - Coconut Oil
- - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease small tartlet molds lightly with coconut oil.
- 2. In a bowl, mix rice flour, coconut oil, and water to form a smooth dough. Chill for 10 minutes.
- 3. Roll out the dough and press it into the tartlet molds, trimming edges as needed.
- 4. Bake the tartlet shells for 10 minutes to lightly set them. Remove and let cool slightly.
- 5. Heat olive oil in a pan, then sauté finely chopped onions and minced garlic until fragrant.
- 6. Add diced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and turn golden brown.
