Ingredients
- 1 kg Rice
- 400 G Rice Paper Sheets
- - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 50 g Black Pepper
- - Red Chilli
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mushrooms and spinach thoroughly, then chop them into small pieces.
- 2. Mince the garlic cloves finely and set them aside.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- 4. Add mushrooms to the pan and cook until they release their water and soften.
- 5. Stir in the spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- 6. Season the mixture with soy sauce, black pepper, and chili flakes, stirring well.
- 7. Dissolve cornstarch in water and pour it into the pan, stirring until the mixture thickens slightly.
- 8. Remove the filling from heat and let it cool slightly before assembling the wraps.
- 9. Soak rice paper sheets in warm water for 20 seconds until pliable.
- 10. Place a portion of cooked rice and the mushroom-spinach filling on each sheet.
- 11. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- 12. Repeat the process for all rice paper sheets.
- 13. Serve the wraps with a dipping sauce of your choice, such as sweet chili or soy.
