Ingredients

  • 1 kg Rice
  • 400 G Rice Paper Sheets
  • - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 50 g Black Pepper
  • - Red Chilli
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the mushrooms and spinach thoroughly, then chop them into small pieces.
  2. 2. Mince the garlic cloves finely and set them aside.
  3. 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add mushrooms to the pan and cook until they release their water and soften.
  5. 5. Stir in the spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Season the mixture with soy sauce, black pepper, and chili flakes, stirring well.
  7. 7. Dissolve cornstarch in water and pour it into the pan, stirring until the mixture thickens slightly.
  8. 8. Remove the filling from heat and let it cool slightly before assembling the wraps.
  9. 9. Soak rice paper sheets in warm water for 20 seconds until pliable.
  10. 10. Place a portion of cooked rice and the mushroom-spinach filling on each sheet.
  11. 11. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
