Ingredients
- 200 g Table Salt
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- 80 g Soya Chunks
- 1 pack Mushrooms Button
- - White Poha (White Rice Flakes)
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the soy chunks thoroughly and soak them in hot water for 10 minutes.
- 2. Wash the rice and cook it in a pot with water until fluffy, then set aside.
- 3. Clean and slice the button mushrooms into thin pieces for even cooking.
- 4. Mince the garlic, grate the ginger, and chop the spring onions finely.
- 5. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- 6. Add the drained soy chunks and mushrooms to the pan, cooking until tender.
- 7. Pour soy sauce into the pan and stir to coat the mushrooms and soy chunks evenly.
- 8. Sprinkle salt and pepper, adjusting the seasoning as per your taste.
- 9. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix gently to combine with the flavors.
- 10. Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving warm.
