Ingredients

  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
  • 500 Ml Champion Oil
  • 80 g Soya Chunks
  • 1 pack Mushrooms Button
  • - White Poha (White Rice Flakes)
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the soy chunks thoroughly and soak them in hot water for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Wash the rice and cook it in a pot with water until fluffy, then set aside.
  3. 3. Clean and slice the button mushrooms into thin pieces for even cooking.
  4. 4. Mince the garlic, grate the ginger, and chop the spring onions finely.
  5. 5. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  6. 6. Add the drained soy chunks and mushrooms to the pan, cooking until tender.
  7. 7. Pour soy sauce into the pan and stir to coat the mushrooms and soy chunks evenly.
  8. 8. Sprinkle salt and pepper, adjusting the seasoning as per your taste.
