Ingredients
- 100 g Celery
- 125 g White Shimeji Mushroom (Anabe)
- 200 g Green Peas (Peeled)
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Unit Cj Korean Pancake Flour Mix
- 1 ltr Saffola Total Heart Pro Rice Bran & Sunflower Blended Cooking Oil
- 750 ml Catch Clear Lemon N Lime Flavoured Water
- 400 g Zehrat Safa Tomato Paste, 4
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
Instructions
- 1. Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper to taste over the mushrooms. Coat the mushrooms lightly in the pancake flour mix.
- 2. Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the coated mushrooms until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the mushrooms and set aside.
- 3. Add 3 tablespoons of pancake flour mix to the skillet and stir to soak up the grease. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the flour is lightly browned.
- 4. Gradually add 1 cup of water to the skillet, stirring constantly to create a smooth sauce. Add 1 can of tomato paste, 1 cup of chopped celery, 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, and 1 cup of peas. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Return the mushrooms to the skillet, ensuring they are submerged in the sauce. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes, or until the flavors are well combined.
- 6. Serve hot with your choice of side, such as mashed potatoes or rice.
