Ingredients
- 200 G Sprouts Moong(200 Gm)
- - Rice Flour
- 500G Loose Besan
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse and drain the moong sprouts thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Blend the moong sprouts into a smooth paste using a blender, adding a little water if needed.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sprout paste, rice flour, chickpea flour, turmeric, salt, and cumin seeds.
- 4. Finely chop the coriander leaves and green chilies, then add them to the batter and mix well.
- 5. Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring to form a medium-thick pancake batter consistency.
- 6. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- 7. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it into a circular shape with the back of the ladle.
- 8. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until done.
- 9. Repeat the process for the remaining batter to make more pancakes.
- 10. Serve the warm pancakes with a chutney or dip of your choice for added flavor.
