- 200 g Organically Grown Raw Mango
- 500 g Organically Grown Tomato (Hybrid) (Tamatar)
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Celery
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 200 g Fortune Soya Chunks
- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 567 G Freshos Water Chestnuts In Water
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, brown Fortune Soya Chunks over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain any excess fat.
- 2. Add 1 diced Sambar Onion, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 cup of chopped celery, 1 cup of sliced Orange Carrot, and 1 can of chickpeas to the pot. Stir well to combine.
- 3. Dice 1 mango and 1 tomato, then add them to the pot. Stir to mix all ingredients evenly.
- 4. Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients, bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to the stew, stir well, and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- 6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then serve the stew hot in bowls.
