Ingredients
- 500 g 24 Mantra Organic Malka Masoor
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 ltr Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 pack (100 g) Nutraj Classic Safed Til | Sesame Seeds | Natural
- 1 pc (10 g) On1Y Oregano Dried Herb
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 16 g Orika Oregano
- 48 x 250 ml Bisleri Packaged Water - Pack Of 48
Instructions
- 1. Rinse 2 cups of water under cold water and place them in a pot with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the water is absorbed.
- 2. While the water is cooking, clean and slice 3 spring onions into thin rounds. Mince 3 cloves of garlic.
- 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add the spring onions and garlic, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they become soft and translucent.
- 4. Stir in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- 5. Add 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon of dried oregano, and 1 teaspoon of dried oregano to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes to toast the sesame seeds and blend the herbs.
- 6. Skip this step.
- 7. Serve warm as a wholesome dinner option.
