- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add the finely chopped onion, cooking until golden brown.
- 2. Add minced garlic and ginger paste to the onions and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
- 3. Stir in the ground lamb, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned and no longer pink.
- 4. Add turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, and salt, mixing well to coat the lamb evenly with spices.
- 5. Stir in the spinach leaves and cook until they wilt and blend with the spiced lamb mixture.
- 6. Add the cooked basmati rice to the pan and mix thoroughly, allowing the flavors to combine for 2-3 minutes.
