  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kangni/Foxtail Millet
  • Pcs Egg Loose
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
  • 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
  • 300 G Assorted Chilli Pepper Sb Shichimi Tougarashi
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
  • - Rock Salt
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the foxtail millet thoroughly under running water to remove impurities.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine millet and water, then bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. 3. Reduce heat to low and simmer the millet, stirring occasionally, until it absorbs the water, about 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Peel and finely grate the carrots, and chop the spring onions into small pieces.
  5. 5. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the carrots and spring onions for 3 minutes until softened.
  6. 6. Beat the eggs in a bowl, adding rock salt, black pepper, and ginger powder for seasoning.
  7. 7. Add the beaten eggs to the pan with vegetables, stirring gently to scramble them until cooked.
